Possiation not give timely Sir, please help. I had applied for one flat in Adel Landmark sector 5,Palwal (180 Sq Yrds) 4 years ago, till date I have deposited 95% of the total amount and the company is promising me to deliver the flat within 2-3 months from last 2 years. Last month we visit in site but no work is done. ERA team also say I am not responsible pls. talk management and no body is responsible of ERA team. sir I am salaried base person and deduct my home loan amount(Rs 20495 approx.) every month Timely. please instruct builder to give position or refund my amount with interest .
