I AM DEEPAK SHARMA, AGE 28 FROM AJMER I AM FREQUENT TRAVELLER .I BOOKED A ONLINE TICKET FROM BDTS TO AJMER PNR NO-8209940837 ON 20JAN 2013 UNDER TATKAL.THERE WAS A WAITING 6 FOR AC 2 TIER.
AND MY TICKET DIDNT GOT CONFIRMED ON 21 JAN 2013 .BY JUST 1 WAITING AS IT IS E TICKET IT GOT CANCELLED .SO I STILL DECIDED TO GO IN SAME TRAIN THROUGH GENERAL TICKET .
BUT THERE IS GROUP OF TICKET DALALS AT BANDRA TERMINUS YES OFFCOURSE THEY HAVE GIVEN SHELTER BY RAILWAY EMPLOYES WHO
PROVIDED ME THE TICKET IN SAME TRAIN 19707 ARAVALI EXPRESS AC 2TIER THAT TO IN TATKAL QUOTA BY PROVIDING VIP QUOTA OF PR-CSTM(CHATRPATI SHIVAJI TERNMINUS)MY OTHER PNR NO ARE 856-3474727 BDTS TO AHEMDABAD
AND OTHER 830-9987609 AHEMDABAD TO AJMER AND FOR THAT THEY ARE CHARGING DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF TICKET AND TICKET FARE IS JUST 1760/- AND THEY CHARGED 2000 Rs MORE MEANS 3800/- OUT OF WHICH 1300 IS GIVEN TO RAILWAY EMPLOYEES THE BOOKING OFFICER.AND REST IS DALAL COMMISSION I DONT KNOW WHERE TO COMPLAIN I FREQUENTLY CALLED IRCTC /STATION MASTER AT BDTS BUT THEY REAL TREES UNDER WHICH SUCH UNETHICAL PRACTICE ARE GOING ON EVEN I CALLED THEM BUT NO ACTION IS TAKEN UP NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON IS BEEN PENALIZED.
