I am also getting the same problem. I sent emails to both ICICI and Provogue.
My Order reference numbers are #169046692 and #161593291
Provogue doesn’t even have a proper channel to get in touch with them. They did not respond to my email and the phone just doesn’t connect at all !
ICICI is spoiling its reputation by this tie up!

I keep trying to call the customer care, and some how was connected to it once. They said that someone will come at your place to pick up the watch and replace it but no one turned up. I have tried to write them feed back online as well but that too gives an error. And their customer care number is not connecting at all.

Quality of this watch is really very bad, Customer should not give atlease 299 for this kind of watches.

Provogue and ICICI are spoiling their reputation with that kind of fraud schemas.

Hi,

After looking the offer at ICICI website, I have placed an order thinking that it would be a good company since ICICI offered in their own website. After making the payment, I got a message like the “All ICICI bank orders placed on this offer will be delivered only after 28 days after placing the order”. I have two question and they are;
1) Why neither ICICI nor Provogue intimate us about the delay in delivery before making the payment?
2) Why Provogue is taking such long time to deliver the product.

On the whole I feel like ICICI Bank is misleading its clients to a wrong place and they are spoiling their own reputation. I have been dealing with ICICI for the past 8 years and had a good opinion about them. Now it is all gone.

I ordered the watch on 24th May 2015, and the order reference number is #141725534.
I received messages everyday that they are trying to attempt the delivery, but no one came to the address to deliver anything.
I have sent 4-5 emails to ICICI and Provogue with no replies what-so-ever, also tried calling the customer care number but to no luck.
I did not expect ICICI to be so careless and misleading. I spoke to one of the representatives and was told that I’ll get a refund if I don’t get the watch.
But I haven’t received either of them.
This is really disappointing and this is just giving a very bad reputation to both ICICI and Provogue.
You either send the watch in time, or give back the money. It’s as simple as that!

I also purchase Provogue Watch with shipping charges 299/- Rs and my Order id is #127358797. I suggest all of you that please not purchase this product. Compare to price of ICICI bank offer something 2899/- Rs. this product not suitable to that price. For my experience, In market same quality we can purchase in 150 to 300.
Its totally lost of our money. Currently I have that product but I am not using that watch. Completely lost of money of shipping charges(this amount is small but number of customer purchase company n profit and ICICI bank misguide the customers.)

I ordered a provogue watch as a part of ICICI mobile banking offer. I made a payment of INR 299/-. I got the watch delivered. But it is not in a condition to wear. The material looks so cheap and the strap is broken on both sides. This happened the same day it got delivered. It is of no use now. This is the worst ever experience with ICICI in the past 6 years. If ICICI continues to do such fake promotions offers it will definitely loose all its loyal customers.

I do ordered this watch from the ICICI in Rs 299 and fortunately got the watch in a week but the quality of that watch is very bad. According to the site watch actual cost is 2499 but it does not not worth of 299.

This is really a fraudulent or something to fool the people around. I have not expected such a pathetic quality from provogue.

I had ordered the watch from provogue.com as a part of HDFC Bank’s scheme by paying the shipment charges of Rs. 299. I received the watch yesterday after one month and that too in a defective condition. I am unable to reach any customer care number of Provogue (tried 5-6 numbers so far). Please do not buy any such items from Provogue even though it may be tempting to get fancy stuff by paying only the shipment charges. I think its a fraud that they want to offload their defective products by taking the shipment charges. No one would buy these defective products in the open market. HDFC Bank should know better than to associate themselves with such schemes.

I paid 299 Rs by icici netbanking.

In a week watch’s belt got damaged and it’s belt is too much poor quality. Images attached of actual product. PRODUCT DOES NOT VARY FROM THE PICTURE.

I tried to call on provogue”s given number 022-65565544 between 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM (Monday to Friday) but call is not being received.

Hereby I want to request for my refund and kindly take this damaged and poor quality product.

I request to ICICI bank to not entertain such offers before QUALITY check or any kind of validations.

Its good that you haven’t got that garbage yet. If you get these so called gift, you will feel like a fool. Its a scam guys never ever go about it. Inadvertently I placed an order of a Leatherette Sling Bag and really got a crap. They are charging Rs. 400.00 for it in the name of freight. I searched the same thing in a local Delhi market in the cost of Rs. 75.00. Boycott both brand guys.

I have ordered provogue watch from HDFC bank and I have yet not received it. Can anyone please tell me whom to contact for the same? It’s being more than 2 weeks now.

same problem i have been facing i had received the order but watch glass was not there . and i try to called customer no. but they do not respond even not response to mail also. totally ridiculous…order no. is – 391832609 and money gives through icici debit card on 4th july 2016 . after seeing such type of comment i m thinking what will be happened with me . dear team i want replace my watch . otherwise revert my cash .

Thanks a lot for sharing all your valuable information or experience, which really helped me to avoid misleading to available the watch with an amount of Rs. 299.
Hope they will maintain their organization dignity and will respect customers advice.

I had also ordered this watch. But received after 42 days from the order date. Watch quality is worst. no one will give you rs 3499 watch in only 299.

Now SBI is offering this watch. Glad that I visited this page. WIll never order this.
