Provogue and ICICI Bank cheating customers

I had ordered a watch from Provogue website last month (Order# 173260367). The watch was offered as a deal on discounted price to ICICI customers for Rs. 299. Even after multiple attempts to contact ICICI bank and Provogue I haven’t received my watch yet. According to Provogue website the watch is shipped and delivered. Each time I contact ICICI bank they open a service request and after few days reply back saying that the watch was delivered through GoJavas tracking number MUMPVGP244311. I already provided them the tracking number with my complaint and want them to provide any kind of proof for delivery. Neither ICICI bank nor Provogue seem to have any proof that the watch was delivered to me.

It’s really very disappointing that even after so many complaints on the Internet ICICI bank is still supporting Provogue and taking any actions to return customers money. They are still advertising Provogue on their website, which makes me think that they are involved in this.

  2. I have already made a couple of service requests, SR344849984 and SR345983739‏. I was told that the product is delivered. Please update the existing tickets, I don’t think you guys are doing anything with these tickets except passing time until the customer gives up.
