provided wrong information

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I recharged my airtel DTH Customer Id number 3013637788 as per instruction of their customer care executive. They called us from 7525099780 ( Mr. Satendra from airtel dth regional office gomti nagar Lucknow) number and tell us that if you will recharge your dth through Rs. 1470/- then you will get one year subscription of your DTH. And with in 24hrs if you will recharge you DTH again from Rs.100/- then you will got 1year sport package too. Now when I recharged from that amounts now they are telling me that their was no offer for your DTH. Now tell us what we do?
