Name of company/service: Neelkantha Electromech Pvt Ltd.
My brother is a fresher B.E. student. He was provided with an offer letter from a company Neelkantha Electromech Pvt Ltd. during a job fair. I visited the address mentioned on the offer letter to find the genunity of the company. But the address mentioned was wrong. Then through websearch we got the contact number of the Company and we contacted the company HR. He accepted the offer letter and asked him to join on 22nd July. He alse admitted that the company address has been changed and is now located at Gazhiabad. A month before again we contacted him to know the process and documentation required. And he just asked him to carry his degress and certificates and passport size pic. Yesterday, when he went to join the comapny, he was denied joining. The company persons says that the HR who did recruitment has left the company.The company asked for 20k rupee in order to provide him joining. Also they declared his offer letter as fake.All such bullshit reasons were given by the company.
I would like to register complain against such companies who are playing fool around the freshers who are unaware of such scenarios. This gives a setback to the fresher student who are about the start their career.
So, Strict action should be taken against such companies.
