joined Convergys as well as IBM (Current Employer) on basis of my 5 the semester Degree Certificate (AS a result awated). My
probation period of 1 year in this company is now over and still I can’t
able to submit my BSCIT Degree in P&A department of My Company. Sir i also
contact in NIIT and KUVEMPU university about this matter but they told me that my work is still pending.
I am having my all clear documents proof.
I follow up this complain with NIIT (Neetu arrora) as well as university (MR shankar annand)but no one help me
only said that yr degree will come this week that week and today.
please help me in this matter .

Thank you for the prompt reply. I am pleased and feel relieved with your efforts.
I had a telephonic conversation with Mr. Shankar Anand and he told me that I need not to send the required documents (Hall Ticket, invigilator diary and original mark sheet). He told me that the concerned department requires only DD (Demand Draft) details which have been already sent by the study centre (NIIT Janakpuri) through e-mail. He also informed me that the result would be declared on June 4, 2012.
My exam is scheduled on May 31, 2012 for the same practical exam (as a repeater) as I have already filled up the repeater form. Mr. Shankar Anand asked me to appear for the exam. If the past practical result is declared as a successful candidate, the marks for current exam would not be considered.
Even at this moment, I would request and urge you to look in to my case so that I can submit the correct mark sheet to my company. This will help me to continue with my job.

Sub: Request for the B.Sc (IT) third semester mark sheet.
I, Mahammad Nashsruddin, am pursuing B.Sc (IT) from Kuvempu University. I enrolled in May 2010 and was allotted NIIT Janakpuri, New Delhi as my study centre.
Through this mail, I wish to express my dismay over the result declared by the university for third semester practical paper. I have appeared for the practical exam (as a repeater) for third semester (BSIT-3P) on Nov 24, 2011. The practical exam was conducted by NIIT South Ex, New Delhi centre. When I received the mark sheet, It was marked as NCL (Not cleared the lower exam) for third semester practical paper. I have already sent the Hall Ticket to the concerned department of the university so that I can get the mark sheet as soon as possible. However, I did not receive any response from the authority.
After that, I contacted Mr. Shankar as well as my study centre (NIIT Janakpuri) and I was told that I was not present on the examination day. It has been marked as absent for the third semester practical paper. Then I visited the exam centre i.e. NIIT South Ex, New Delhi and was provided with the invigilator diary, attendance sheet and the practical score sheet. This proves that I was present on the exam day.
I wish to inform you that currently I am working in an organization and they require my graduation mark sheet. I am on the look out period. If I do not submit the mark sheet within the mentioned time frame, my employment with the organization would be terminated. I would request you to please look in to my case so that I can get my graduation mark sheet. The details are as follows:
