product undelivered and cash not refunded

Dear sir,
I regret to inform that i have booked a mobile through flipkart online on 9th August and amount had been paid on the same day through credit card. we are not getting the product till date and not getting any information from flipkart. we have logged a complaint in flipkart customer care three times.please find the order number -OD 506761495460084000 ,mobile number: 9846795106. Please take immediate action for my complaint.
