Respected Sir/Mam,
I had booked a LED TV on 25/06/2015 at 01:35pm (Order No. 58170397) in SHOPCLUES.COM online site and the total order value of Rs. 24689/- had paid through VISA Card while placing my order.
But till date (19/07/2015) I had not received the product although the expected delivery date was showing 06/07/2015 while I tracked my order status and I send mail for several times to the Customer Care of that site but no satisfactory reply also received from their end.
Please help & oblige.
