Problem With micromax Customer Service Center Rules

Hello sir,
Recently i bought Micromax A50 at 12/06/2012. Unfortunately it starts giving me problem and they are not 1 or 2, it’s too much. I visited micromax customer service center 28 and 29 Sep, 2012, I found Service center was closed while that day was not gazetted holiday or any festival day. I visit again on 4 Oct,2012 and submit my Handset to service center for Repair. They repaired my mobile in 2 hours, But i also inform about problem in my headset(ear lead), charger which are not working from the beginning when i bought. But I got surprised when micromax service center guy told me about New Customer Service Rules, He told me, you need to come again after 7 days for replacement of Headset(ear lead) and again after 7 days they return it to me and it’s not over, again after 7 days i need to go for replacement of charger again i have to wait for 7 days for replacement. It’s around 1 month, i need to survive with my problem. But after so many discussion with the customer service guy, they took my headset lead and told me to come after 7 days to get back.

my mobile phone again showing me same problem. and they are just making me fool that he repaired.

I also talked with micromax customer care representative named Madhu, she is also supporting service center rules. When i request her to give this detail me in mail, she refused me, she can’t do this.
Distance of micromax customer service center from my home is around 10 KM, i spend much more money to go there again and again, which i can’t tolerate.

I think Micromax is doing Fraud with all Customers, I request to micromax by mail pls send me your rules In written with company’s stamp and signature that Micomax’s Rules and regulations for customer service center.

My mobile have lot of problems. And now i never want to use this mobile. and micromax just making us fool only . I Want my money back.

    Hi.. I have paurches f666 tablet 3/6/2016.. 12/6 not working charging in tablet.. I vesit micromax service station.. 28 days not setisfiv answer in customer care /service station.. so pls help me & way to coustmer court guidance of any body
