I purchased the platinum package (10000) from this fraud PHCI company 20 days back and the executive name was Riya khanna 7838788495. She told me that I will get cashless treatments, even maternity expenses for my wife, dental RCT, cataract eye operation benefit for 4 years 6 person.
Even for the shopping vouchers she told me that these shopping vouchers will be applicable on Patanjali stores, Big Bazaar and Reliance store as well.
When I received the package,
1) It doesn’t have any information regarding cashless treatments, dental RCT, cataract eye operation etc.
2) Shopping voucher only valid on PHCI site with rs 500 courier charges per coupon, and their site contains useless items. Also issue date may 2017 and validity 3 month.
3) All checkup,pharmacy, doctor consultation Coupon have only 9 month validity inspite of 12 month.
4) No BP, sugar and body massager delivered.
5) Riya khanna blocked my call
6) 011-45097293 customer care girls said you will get call in 48 hrs but still a week no call comes, on calling again they blame me that first i buy without verify and now eager to refund and put call on hold.
Please do not purchase any plan for them , they are totally fake
