With due respect, may I draw your kind attention through this E-mail. Today I am compelled to bother your good offices in my resque. It is my humble submission that I Haraprasad Bairagi along with my family am starving for none of our faults.
I, Haraprasad Bairagi an Ex-employee of Dunlop India Limited, P.O. Sahaganj, Dist. Hooghly, West Bengal, one of the renowned Tyre Company in the world, am suffering like hell because of inhuman attitude of the Company. I was a staff of Research & Development ( R&D ) Centre ( My Employee I.D. was 20710 ) at Sahaganj, Dist. Hooghly, West Bengal. I have retired on 30.11.2010 from my Services ( My total Service period at Dunlop India Ltd was about 29 Years – 6 Months ). Even after completion of more than a year after my retirement I have not received my Outstanding Payments viz. (i) Provident Fund, (ii) Gratuity, (iii) One Time Settlement Money ( OTS ) Rs. 25,000/- out of Rs. 30,000/-, (iv) Due Salary of September & October, 2008 approx. Rs. 9,500/-. Over and above, the Company have not forwarded the necessary Retirement Advice & my filling-up Application Form for Monthly Pension to the Employee’s Pension Commissioner, Howrah Office and as a result I am not even getting my legitimate Pension which would again amount to Rs. 1100/- – Rs. 1200/- (approx.) per month.
At present, I am feeling absolutely helpless. I am completely distressed and totally at a loss with two daughters, due to marriage, along with my ailing wife, who needs regular medication to survive. I am unable to get my daughters married even after getting everything settled, for want of money. My family will now be ruined.
As, I am a very poor man, I can somehow run my family once I get all my dues. May I appeal to your good offices to look in to this precarious situation. My earnest request would be : Kindly do something to save my family – today, at this old age, I have no other option but to commit suicide as I can not feed my family.
