I need your help regarding the below issue. My issue is I want to convert my IDEA cell phone number from postpaid to prepaid and its almost one month completed but the issue is still pending. I am sorry to say after your response I am still facing the issue. On dated 29th June around 6PM, I received a call from “Aviratmobicom” on 9822011114 and told me to came to our customer care office and clear your unbilled amount Rs.150 and we will forward your document & surely your pending issue will be resolve. I told her right now, I am in the myoffice. So it’s not possible for me to come to your office. I will do one thing I will come tommorrow (30th Jun) 9:30 AM and clear my all unbilled amount. As per our telephonic conversion, I reached there and cleared all my unbilled amount at that time also I asked her that do you want any more documents or any thing else from my site? She said no we have all your supporting documents now and no need to worried about your issues and I will close this issue by end of the day.

I came back home after clearing the unbilled amount and again the same lady from (Aviratmobicom) called me near about 1:02 PM on 9822011114, saying that Mr.Shrikanta Patel you have to subbmit your document once again, because our process has been changed.
So I asked her do you required any documents from my side? and she said no to me.
So I informed then why are you calling me now and asking about documents, she told me our process is changed because of that we required your documents once again.
After that I called 198(customer care) to check wheather really the process has been changed or not? and Customer care excutive told me that nothing like that.
So now you tell me what is going on there? and why should I submit my documents again after clearing my bills?

NOTE: This post to prepaid conversion was started on dated from 30-may-2012 to till date, it’s been one month but the issue is still there. This is my last email to you. My next step is consumer forum.

This is regarding POSTPAID TO PREPAID conversion. I have cleared my all outstanding mobile bills and log a request for convert my cell number postpaid to prepaid on dated 30 May 2012. For your reference the payment receipt no.# Avirat m/30126/0000312739 Mobile no:9922441779.

Also I have filledup two form’s one is POSTPAID TO PREPAID conversion & another one is prepaid form along with my colour photo as per the IDEA executive instruction and provided all the address proof’s supporting documents.
Asper my understing I have provide all the supporting ducuments and complite all the formalities. But still my request is pending I don’t know why.

157052274- First time they provide me a wrong SIM card.
157168248- Second time they have not forwarded my documents to head office at all.
157178894- Third time also they have not forwarded my documents to head office at all.
I have been visted “Aviratmobicom” many times and the staff says that the sim will be active within 48hours, and from the day I got my sim card which is (30th may) I was tried calling Customer care also to activate my sim, but I got the same reply each and every time that the documents are not recieved yet.
I think “Aviratmobicom groups” are hiring dum, illiterate, rascals & bustard people. I think the entire “Aviratmobicom” team are mad they don’t try to understand the customers problem, they just do whatever they wants. If you call to “Aviratmobicom” at there cell no 9822011114 they are not picking the call or even if there pick the call there don’t respond properly, is this the way to handle the customers.
Let me know where is my fault.
