Name of company/service: reliance mobile (smart)
I , Mr. Sarker port my vodafone mobile number (
9830193578 ) to Reliance gsm( reliance sim number 8991834570000068029
& mdn number 09883438665) on dated 29th feb. 2012 , after 5 days of
portin that gsm sim enable to receive incoming calls but block
all outgoing calls. on the next day sim registration failed , then we
report that problem at our nearest reliance mobile store ( raja sc
mallick road , jadavpur , kolkata , west bengal ). & store executive
assured us
that they were already send required mail to concerned dept. and sim
will be live b/w 2-3 days . But it not happens yet
Today customer care executive of reliance outlet
refuse to take any complaint regarding this matter and said “mobile
number PORT IN is a subject matter of MPN and we don’t register any
complaint/ service request . we are just sending e-mail to concerned
authority ”
i don’t know how to solve our problem
pls solve the problem we are looking for
your assistance.
