POOR SUNDIRECT DTH SERVICE

Hi,

This is for your kind information, that we are fed up of SUN DIRECT DTH SERVICE. After trying all the possibilities get the problem resolved, I am requesting this forum to help me in resolving my problem in such way that the proble should not happen for othe customers.

I have raised a complaint to relocate to my SUNDIRECT DTH ON 10days back, no technician come and helped us also they never even bother about it. I keep on calling to customer care and every time executives giving me 24hrs, 48hrs, today end of the, afternoon evening. I am fed up of listening all these reasons.

I spoke to floor supervisors Lavanya, sreevatsa where they assured me they resolve the issue by EOD, but no action taken.

I did recharged my account for Rs.450/-( INTIALLY AROUND RS.2000/- GET THE CONNECTION) and running in blank screen where I am not getting any kind of benefit of it.
We are really unhappy about the service of sun direct and I am suggesting all neibours and coleagus not go for this bad sundirect service.

(Today (26-jUN-2013) morning one of the technician Satish Mobile# called and assured me that he will get it solve this problem at any cost, when I called him at 8PM(26-Jun-2013) he said he will get it done today it self. But I kept calling after 9PM to 10:15PM no response from him.

BY THESE KIND OF RESPONSE I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT SUNDIRECT HAS POOR MANAGEMENT, AND IT HAS ONLY THE PEOPLE WHO JUST DONT BOTHER ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Whenever I called to customer care every time they say sorry for the inconvinience and they will get it resolve. But it is just an assurance, NO ACTION TAKEN.

PLEASE HELP IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE, NOT ONLY FOR ME ALSO FOR OTHER SEVERAL NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS WHO ALL ARE FACING THIS POOR SERVICE SUN DIRECT ISSUE
