we saw an advertisement of SIA khazana collection of jewellery sets on star cj alive. on the basis of the ad and the sia brand name we ordered the item. Bt when we got the delivery the jewelery sets turned out to be of xtreme poor quality! they showed us how shiny and branded those jewellery were but what we got was so low quality! and they also said that they would refund it if the customer is not satisfied. but now on launching the complaint they are saying that they would only exchange the product if there is any manufacturing default, otherwise no.
