You sent me a sms telling me my bag is ready and to go and collect it, but for the second time i have no clue where is my bag. I will not tolerate it anymore. I had given my bag to you guys on 29th Mar. Please think about it.

As per the discussion you had on phone with my friend. Please note below the trail mail in which I’ve mentioned all dates and conevrsations which i had with your customer service team. None of them had a solution for me, they only kept on telling me that the person who repairs the bag has closed shop and gone somewhere thus we cannot get your purse out or that only few purses turn out like this. I had just one question, “Is it my problem?” No one had even slightest clue what does Customer Delight mean.
I have bought from Louis Phillippe(not handbags but shirts) and when i wanted to return something i wasnt asked a single question or even made to wait. I was delighted and surprised at the same time, i did ask the sales person,”dont you want to know?” Here’s what he had to say – “You arent satisfied with your purchase and thus you are back,so if i had to ask you 10 questions – still the concern remains the same – you arent satisfied?”
Can you imagine, a sales person solved the issue for me. And here iam having to go the lengths of returning to the store 4 times, bag not ready. Fifth time the store itself is shut. I received an sms earlier, saying the purse is ready,please come and collect. But no sms saying the shop has been shut down.
This is an utter non-professional behaviour. Iam done following up and giving you guys any more chances.

You mentioned on 19th May my handbag will take a week and a half to come back from the Service Centre. Today is the 11th of June. I have given my purse on the 29th of March at your Oberoi Store. It has taken 2 and a half months and numerous efforts from me, going back checking on my purse every now and then and lack of Customer Service Attitude from your side. I will not be accepting this kind of treatment from a reputed brand. Hence I would like to inform you that I would like to talk to a Senior Manager in the company before I lodge a complaint with the Consumer Court and settle the matter. I have been a loyal customer and been treated badly. I request you if someone has to call me, they should have a resolution to my problem, if not …please do not bother me. I shall make sure to warn all my friends and colleagues of the problems i have faced with the After Sales Customer Service.

We understand that you must have faced problems and we apologize for the same. The bag was not finished properly and so it has been sent to the service center again, you will get the same finishing as you saw while buying the bag. It will take another week and a half to come back from the service center, we will inform you as we get the handbag in our store.

Its 16th May today and still waiting for a call. I have once in a while been to the place myself and asked on the status.

    I had purchased a bag in the month of August .Within 2month’s my bag has started pleeling off. I don’t understand why are you guys selling such poor quality stuff . .The money spent for purchasing your bags is hardened money .. If the product purchased turns out be bad then it’s no worth buying such products. I need a exchange for my bag or else I am going to approach consumer court… Will see to it that people get very well aware of your dirty stuff and nobody buys your product…. Seriously…. Please reply… Or else I will try my ways to make it sure that such cases… Should not be repeated.
