Dear Sir,
I am a senior citizen and applied for the new L.P.G. Connection at BABA VISHNATH BHARAT GAS Agency, 60 FT Road, Jankipuram, LUCKNOW (U.P.).The agency asked me to visit and get delivery, when I visited for the same, the agency asked me to purchase GAS STOVE, BISCUIT, TEA BAGS etc from the agency. I denied to oblige them, because i have already purchased gas stove (I.C.I. mark). The agency cancelled my booking of L.P.G. Connection, and informed me that there staff visited and found L.P.G. Connection. Their version is wrong, not visited in my portion in which I have a separate kitchen. The agency cancelled my booking because I refused to fulfill their demand (Gas Stove, Tea Bags, Biscuits etc of Rs 3000/=00)
I informed to G.M. B.P.C.L. LUCKNOW (U.P.) by registered post letter dated 22-5-12, MR. Bharat Kumar Raigar Marketing Manager and Baba Vishnath Bharat gas agency by registered post letter 26-05-12. I visited B.P.C.L. office Lucknow dated 02-06-12, 19-06-12 and met Mr. Bharti (G.M.), Mr. Bharat Kumar Raigar (M.M) and explained my problem against agency.
Mr. Bharat Kumar Raigar (M.M) directly asked me to fulfill the demands of agency, if I want to get connection. Mr. Bharat is most Corrupt Officer and having sympathy for agency, not for Consumer.
Kindly conduct enquiry in this matter and also inform me, so that I may explain my version face to face.
