Pirated Computer, given by Supreme

Dear Sir,
I, Krishanu Adhikari have purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R N5010 black laptop(service tag no- 1YPR4N1) from Supreme- The IT Mall, located in 35 Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata- 12 on 14th october 2010. After the warranty period got over my laptop has encountered some nonfunctional problems. Now after about 2 and half years passed from the date of purchase when the hard disk stopped functioning i changed it. But now a problem has recently cropped up since it fails to start and the technician whom i consulted told me that due to some serious problems in motherboard it is failing to start. So I thought to extend the warranty period with dell, which will also include the replacement of the motherboard. But when I called the dell customer care service of India they asked for the service tag number. But after i told them the service tag number they directly told me that this particular laptop is not meant for India and that particular computer store has sold me a pirated laptop. That’s why they totally refused me to provide any service. Then I went to that computer store. But there they firmly told me that they didn’t sell me any pirated laptop and it’s entirely the fault of Dell company. I’m not at all concerned about this fiasco between the computer store and Dell. I’m being harassed relentlessly where the fault is not at all mine. So as a customer of Dell i have every right to get the service of extended warranty, which i have been denied though I have bought the laptop from India itself. The customer care executive also told me that the service tag number and the place of purchase what i told them don’t match. So I humbly request you to resolve the dispute between you and supreme computer store as soon as possible to restrain me from taking serious legal action so that i can approach the warranty extension programme.
