Kindly refer to my earlier mail, in continuation to that i would like to give some more details about the work and the applicator !
right from the beginning applicator was more inclined towards using “Perma” brand rather than “Dr Fixit” but i was adamant and didnt gave second thought of using any other brand but only Dr Fixit.
work started on 29th March, 2014 and completed on 22nd April, 2014, on the very next day morning i.e. 23rd April i sent few messages to Mr.Arun Jadhav ( T.S.I at that time ) on his mobile no.8451802412, contents of those messages are given below for your reference :

was applied with more than required ratio
of water 1st coat with mixed water
was applied
3rd coat was not applied properly first they
said that the material is short then after
some time they just finished it off. how ??
after the last coat they just went straight away
without cleaning anything there was all
mess as you have noticed when you came on 22nd
I was least expecting this from the stature and
goodwill of your company ?? shd i forward
these details to company or u wl do the needful
to this Mr. Arun replied “I will do the needful”
again next day i sent him two messages :

Mr.Arun,on one hand u say “I’ll do the needful,
and on other hand u share the information
with the contractor ! how can u justify this ?
my sole purpose was to let u know about the
way of working of yr contractors but by sharing the
info.my purpose is defeated ?
during the rainy season, some portion of the wall started leaking, the same place where exterior raincoat was applied, i called applicator, he visited, saw the problem, said that he will rectify after the rainy season, after some days he came again with the person, applied some solution ( of different brand i.e. “Perma”) at one place, said that the problem will be solved, but it didnt ?? although i was against using any other brand but he was not listening, his argument was that Dr Fixit does not have that solution hence he is using another brand !! Kindly take note of this.
I am totally dis-satisfied,. disappointed with the work, hence am writing to you, i think this was his first assignment in ulhasnagar, and i was made scapegoat ?
it has been seven months i am yet to get the “Warranty Letter” from the applicator,
tell me one good reason why we should recommend Dr Fixit to our friends / relatives ?
this was not expected from the stature of your company !!
after spending so much amount what we got in return ??
till today i have asked him few times about the letter but he is saying “he will give” till now it has not happened, so i doubt that he will ever issue the letter or not ?
why i need to ask him again and again for the letter he is supposed to give me right after the completion of work ?
if i am approaching you clearly states that the applicator is not co-operative he is only interested in taking his money and not providing any service to customers ??
I would like to how you are going to sort this out when the applicator is at fault and secondly who will the take the responsibility of shoddy work done at my residence ?
your prompt action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
