Personal Loan-Fraud by HDFC Bank

Dear Sir / Madam,

i am Prince Asija, my account number is 04851140214798, my account in HDFC Bank Since 2009 on Udyog Vihar Branch Gurgaon, some days ago i received a call from HDFC Bank repersentative, he/ she offered me Personal Loan , i told that what is rate of interest & processing fees & other charges, he/ she told me rate of interest is 18.25% & processing fees is 2% & no any other charges will be deducate. i told ok send to some one in my office to collect the paper as per your requirment, he / she send the field boy in myoffice to collect the paper on 17th August 2012, my all verification has been already done, my Loan Amount Senction by HDFC is 1,19,000/-, yestarday (it means 21st August 2012) i have received the Loan Amount of Rs 1,13,603/-, its difference of my loan amount senction & credit in my account Amt of Rs 5,397/-, i understand the processing fees will be deducate @ 2% as per your representative told me, but any other charges which you have deducate not told by your representative, its amount of Rs 3,017/-, today (it means 22nd August 2012) talk to your customer care, tell the my loan account number to your customer care person, i asked the person what is the break up of the amount of Rs 5,317/- deducate by you, he is provide the details:-

i told the person when i applied the personal loan, your representative not told me the other charges, if you tell me the before appling the loan i will never apply the loan, now i am requisted to you please refund the amount of Rs 3,017/- if you not refund the amount, tell me the process of paid the amount of loan, i will not pay any other charges /penalties to bank for canceliation the loan. if you not any suitable reply, i clearly told to you, i will not pay any EMI to HDFC Bank, i have currently two other personal loan going on., Now its your decision
