On 02.12.2016 I gave an order for purchasing a mobile phone (Xiaomi Redmi 3S Plus (Gold) through internet (web site mobostop.com) and I paid amount RS. 9088.00 (Rupees Nine Thousand Eighty Eight Only) through payubiz gateway. Till date I have not received this phone. I am unable to contact with MoboStop over mobile no. given on web site 7009208066 and 09023232341. I tried to contact with them through email id [email protected] and [email protected] but no reply from them.
Now let me know how can get the product or refund my money.
