Pathetic treatment by Flipkart for return request

I am very disappointed with the way Flipkart is treating me. I bought Asus Zenfone 2 from flipkart with 30 days replacement warrenty.
The phone has UI issues. It gets freezed several times.
1. The device was checked through online application. – Executive reported no issue.
2. Executive visited in person. Performed hard format of device. – Executive himself commented as resolved and ticked the happy smiley on the feedback form. I have clearly stated that I will use it for 24 hrs and then I will communicate. No change in the state of device after hard format.
3. Flipkart asked me to visit Asus service centre. There they informed that device need to be flash format. but they did not gave any guarantee that the problem will be resolved.
4. Flipkart executive called me. I informed her that I visited the service centre. She was stuck on the exact address of service center.

At every level the executives from Asus and Flipkart saying that there is no problem in the device.
But so many people around me has seen the real problem.

This is really frustrating experience for me and that paid experience.
