I had purchased a Water Purifier (Kent RO) Rs. 16,000/- Bill No: AD/0072/2014 on dated 18-06-2014 Serial No KR131102961 from Astha, Address 213/26. R.B.C. Road, Naihati, North 24 pgs Vat No: 19669683087.
I have been taking the paid service from Astha since 2015 but gradually the servicing was deteriorating day by day which now turned up to be pathetic.
Last day (25-06-2017) after doing the servicing the technician charge Rs.550/- but the service was horrible they have change the spare parts but the still the water is over flowing the machine.
Today on 26-06-2017 I have reported to Mr Subodh Gupta the owner of the shop to send the technician asap as the water was over flowing and we didn’t had any water to drink. Mr Gupta responded me that his technician would come up till 4:30 P.M.
I waited till 5:30 P.M. but the technician didn’t come up and when I call Mr Gupta he shouted at me and told that he would not send any technician and ask to complain to the Consumer Forum or any where else to serve our purpose.
I am 65 years old lady stay with my husband who is 79 years old, so tell me how to handle this matter as I am in great soup now after taking this purifier from Astha.
I need justice and my Water Purifier to be ready, please help me!!! I am eagerly waiting for your co operation. Please take action against Mr Subodh Gupta so in near future he may not cheat and harass any customer.
