I think its end of April raised a compalint to Voltas Care(One horrible Toll Free number).
1.SErvice person(Suresh) have reached after 2 days i believe and confirmed that there is a problem in compressor and got to change a new one. You know we have called up many times to this guy never bothered to lift his call very reckless and ofsource his team lead Hussain as well. After taking there own time they have come with the unit and fitted saying its the new one and produced a bill of Rs.12,150/- from the service centre.
2.There was no cooling at all. Copper coil gets thick iced up(attached a photo) complainted the same to the service centre again after 1 week of time by making atleast 10-15times calls daily(not even one time they lift the calls) they have attended the call and taken the unit(compressor) to their service centre.
3. This is the third time they have taken the compressor unit. Nothing has resolved.
