Pathetic customer service of Reliance communications

My subscriber ID is 390757130856.

I have Reliance’s internet services and net service is not working since last Saturday so I raised a complaint with customer care and they told me that problem will be resolved within 24 hours but it didn’t get resolved nor someone from Reliance approached me to understand the problem or give me any update. So I again called the customer care and I got to know that they have closed the complaint without verifying with me ,assuming that problem is resolved. So I had no option but to open another complaint(ID:194234601) and since then I’ve called customer care 5 times and problem is still open. Pathetic thing is that they are never bothered to call you to give the update on problem or how much time it’ll take to resolve ,moreover every time not only you’re supposed to make a call to reliance customer care to get the update and need to explain your problem but customer support executive is very ill-equipped to help you as they don’t have any knowledge of problem or the current status ,they can hardly do anything to help you out ,they’re just there to open the complaint and read out to you any update from the complaint ,if there’re any. They can’t even give you any timeframe for problem resolution.
I’m unable to understand that like we get reminder for timely payment of bill so why can’t reliance people call us when we face any problem with service. PATHETIC is the only word which comes into my mind.
Expect for quick resolution of this problem.

    PATHETIC SERVICE !!

    Service is not working for around 2 weeks now but realiance people are more bothered about their bill.No one has bothered to call me prior to this complaint when my service was not working but they immediately called me to know that when will I be paying my outstanding bill.I dont understand that if they are so promt about bill collection then why customer service is so poor.
