Pathetic customer service Flipkart does it again!!
I am writing this review about flipkart and not about the product as I still to receive the phone even after ordering it on 25th June 2014 and which still remains undelivered after nearly 7 days of ordering where it was originally supposed to be delivered on 28th of June i.e. Saturday, which resulted in a phone call to flipkart to ask about my expected delivery of the product , as initially I have ordered two phone Moto G and Moto E and was shocked when discovered that though the products have landed in Delhi on 26th of June they were still lying at the warehouse and no one has bothered to deliver them as they found my address to be incorrect , and they didn’t even bothered to contact me in any manner to resort the same which left me flabbergasted with the experience and even after repeated calls the product still remains undelivered even after follow ups on the same by me on daily basis and the last checked location of the product remains the same and only happened to receive 2 of the 3 products ordered and still when I called them yesterday received the standard turnaround time of 4 days even after receiving the other phone which was at the same location on Monday
Well a lesson learnt never to order form flipkart

Must say it is leaving an ever lasting impression on me about the service to expect from flipkart when u pay them in advance and that to when they have delivered to same address in the past when on cash on delivery and right now promising same day delivery
