I have bought a product from online portal www.fashionershop.com for which online payment also done.my order id #100000595 . For which I. Have not received any confirmation message.please help me to get the product or the money .

Same goes for me they told that they will refund the money if the product not delivered.but its over 3 months nothing …
now the website also closed also their phone numbers does not exist.
please help.
