Package not delivered

I have ordered a 16GB memory card from Snapdeal on 27/09/2014. They have shipped the order using Xpressbees courier via AWB Number -15981004033) which has not yet been delivered to me, but when I am tracking the order on Xpressbees’ and Snapdeal’s website, it shows that it has been delivered to me on 11/10/2014 in the evening. I have already called to Xpressbees customer care twice, first on 12/10/2014 and second time 15/10/2014. On both the occasions they told me that they will contact me within 48 hours, but nothing has been done yet. I have also made complaints twice with Snapdeal (Snapdeal Customer Support Request #10191380 and #10353646) but without any result. Please do something about it and try to deliver it to me as early as possible.
