Pack not dectivated

Hi,
I am using aircel number from last 6 years..bt i find tha customer service is very very poor. When ever i called on helpline number nobody give me resolution. Now i m trying to deactive a daily pack from last 5 days bt still my pack is activated and charges deducted for the service
