I used reliance 8657179616. But last couple of days Reliance blocked my outgoing so i cant use this card. I recharged it 348 net pack. But I cant use it because reliance blocked outgoing without my request to block my calls. I called Customer Care but he said to visit reliance gallery which is 50 km away for me.
I also used 8956658968 reliance. I used this no from last 1 and half year. But I cant sent any sms from this no. Each time Sms sending goes faied. I complained to customer care but they dont help excet to change sms service center no. But it also didn’t worked. I visited reliance gallery thrice. At pimpari store twice and at D P road once but they also didn’t heLP me. And becaise of this problem I cant portable this 8956658968 no.
Pls help.

I think its my fault that i buy reliance and recharged 348. Reliance Customer service team called me and said that its documents issues and so resubmit my documents. But I think if its documents issue sim cant be activated. My sim was activated and used fo few days. Now a days sim is activated only after documents verification.
