I purchsed Orient Actus CP3001H 30-Litre140-Watt Supercool Air Cooler from local dealer in bengaluru, for 6900 with bill & warranty. but it makes heavy air throw noise which is un bearable i called customer care, person from service says it is normal noise from a cooler, Actually i have gone to shop to have Symphony air cooler but dealer made me to purchase by making wrong claims on the orient, dealer not ready to help in this regard, the sound is so high that we can’t sleep for 10 mins, it is like turbo jet sound, what next step i can take to replace the cooler, how can i proceed to consumer court?
