I have placed a order on 14th Jun AB3567677 and got confirmation mail and message.Order was placed by a gift card which I won from a show.But after that there is no confirmation of delivery or any date mentioned. I have called the call center people and they are unable to find any details with my number or email.They said that there is an issue with my order and it’s gone.I have lost Rs.1500. They are least bothered about your order.They are more than happy to transfer the call to supervisor and chain goes on.Everyone tells you that they can’t do anything and you will get a call back from their team to resolve a issue.
After one month I get a message that my order is cancelled and they will get back to It’s been two months and and I have called call center almost 15 time by now but issue is not getting resolved.
Worst customer service.Worst website.My phone charges would have crossed more than the order amount but they are not bothered about customer and their reputation.Don’t know if there is any team or people who actually resolves the issue.They are cheating big time. I request everyone to avoid using askme and safeguard their money, they are in the market only to CHEAT Customers
