Order ID 22807609 – Processing of refund against undelivered order

I placed an order (ID 22807609) on 10.09.2014 at Infibeam.com and paid the money online. Ordered product has still not reached me as on 01.10.2014. I requested Infibeam.com for cancelling the order and refunding money on 24.09.2014, through complaint at their customer desk. However, my request has not been processed by them citing various reasons. I want that my spent money be refunded to me by Infibeam.com.
