CUSTOMER CARE ON 15 SEPT TOLD TO ASSIST WITHIN 48 HOURS. BUT AFTER 48 HOURS CANCEL THE ORDER DUE TO ORDER ALREADY PROCESSED IN SNAPDEAL. HELP ME..

Dear sir,
I placed 2 headphone in Snapdeal. But they did not deliver more than 10 days. I ordered same in Amazon I received within 2 days.
I refused my order in Snapdeal, but the courier delivery to my house. Again I processed return. Snapdeal credit the amount for 1 item only.
For 1 month they did not return my money back for the 2 nd item. I tried Snapdeal customer care no responses from them. Is any way to get back my money. Please help.
