Online portal refuses to refund for the defective product

On Dec 27, 2016 I purchased jacket (order ID: #10000000437 -) on the web portal (Lurap.com) for Rs. 2201 choosing the option “As It is” among various options without any modification to the design of jacket on display on their website. But the jacket which the retailer sent is cheap in quality, fabric texture and color differs from the one on display and has very smaller arm than the jacket on display, which appears weird. I then contacted the retailer (on Mobile: 8800495002 and E-mail: [email protected]) for a refund and return of the product as per the return policy on their website. But the retailer is refusing to refund the amount and take the jacket back. Instead the retailer is suggesting that they will repair the jacket to adjust the arm length. Why should I accept a repaired jacket and pay for a brand new one.
I therefore, request you to help me recover the amount paid to the retailer.
