This is to inform you that I had ordered a flower bouquet from http://www.hyderabadflora.in on 22nd October 2014 worth of Rs. 479/- and the payment was done by online through Debit Card. The specific product Order Number: CF141022030606. On 22nd I have taken a confirmation from the customer care that they will surely deliver the product on 23rd, but when I called on 23rd at the said customer care no. +91 98189 38263 was found that the no. is not valid. I have already sent 16 mails but didn’t receive any response from their end. Kindly assist me in this regard in terms of monitory refund or the delivery of the product. Looking forward for your kind co-operation.
