I have ordered for valentines(order no. CT100419117) from cityflowers.co.in for a specific time frame and the order has still not been delivered(its next day now), showing out for delivery since a long time.
What’s the point of delivering when the special day has passed. There’s only a single mobile number on their website for grievances which nobody picks up. Nobody cares to respond to emails. What to do and where to go to complaint against such businesses who don’t even care to respond to their customers.
Need a refund on the order, please help in this regards.
