Online fraudulent transactions by hacking SBI credit card details

Location/place: 436A/1/1 Das Para Road, Thakurpukur, Kolkata 63

Name of company/service: Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya

I Debasis Mazumdar was one customer of SBI Credit Card with number 4377486509236434. I could get that online transaction going on during 11:30 pm of 16.4.13 to 12:30 am of 17.4.13. I was asleep and after repeated SMS alert sound and two calls from your security team I got up and found all SMS alerts on my mobile. I immediately called SBI Card customer care and asked to block the card by 12:30 am of 17.4.13. Then I was answered that that automatically it is made blocked by SBI security team. I further requested SBI card to continue the blocking. Till 21.4.13, 12.:20 pm the hacker was trying to use my card and decline SMS was coming to my mobile through SMS. I further blocked my account through net-banking. Lastly I requested to close my account completely. I made many calls and mail to feedback, customer care, fraudulent restricting team and lastly to chargeback unit of SBI card to decline all payment made since 16.4.13. I lastly found many more transactions through my net-banking password of SBI card account. I once sent one dispute form to one address of New Delhi as stated in SBI card website. Still the unbilled amount of Rs. 81159.67 is shown on my net-account against my card. The detail of such is noted below. You please see that SBI Card does not ask me for paying the same for the online purchase I never amount.

    This is Aashish Maurya and I own a Citi Bank credit card bearing no. 4386 2805 2260 5025 from last 1 year but on 21-03-2013 somebody had hacked my card a done unauthourized transaction in GBP from http://www.tennisnuts.com of 14636 in INR currency.
    within a second i called to citibank customer care and blocked a card and raise a dispute aginst that and bank have provided me a temporary credit of 14636 but on 12 august bank has called me and they are saying that you have to pay amount.
    so please help me out on this I am not in condition to pay this unauthorized amount.
