Dear Bank,
First, I Would like to draw the harsh attention that I have been cheated by a tele caller call from delhi.Oberoi Company contact is 8459034624 and 8375012341 website is http://www.oberoionlineshopping.com/. When i call them they abused me.
I am raising this Complaint today 23 rd May2014 , I got a call from cluster choise requesting my Bank Account details. executive and other 2 verified my details and after few hours the debited me 6999/- direct without asking from my card ************0770
.
I received a Confirmation message that thanku for purchase form bank side. So I am forwarding this complaint to the cyber cell. I strongly advise bank to take a serious action against this fraud company. SBI Credit Card Division KERALA Branch please take an action.
This compny should be punished and closed. and for this i have paid huge interest to the bank.
