I was purchased an ” Open Box HTC 826 Desire Blue 16GB ” mobile on 20.05.2017 it was an online purchase from ” Snapdeal App” and at the same the product was in few old condition i.e. some sorts of scratch and spot on back side. Within the due time after delivery ( i.e. on 23.05 .2017) I launched a complain about my unsatisfactory affair. For this reason the snapdeal tram gave me a docket ref.no. as 42162021 on 28.05.2017 at 12:15:11 through “SMS”. A few days later they provided a service engineer for their own query about the mobile phone and made a report on the same in which one copy dropped for me as an evidence. Now, at present the “Snapdeal Tram” completely deny and refuse to give my purchase money refund. It’s my appeal to “CONSUMER FORUM” is this a justice of an “ONLINE APP” relation between “CUSTOMER AND BUSINESS PORTAL? I like to get my purchased money refund getting back their product and “Hon’ble Justice” from such customer helpful centre like “CONSUMER FORUM” .
