not reoslve the case(within Warranty)

Hello sir/madam, Laptop of Acer company model Aspire 5830T purchase on 11-10-2011.service center case id no-061812-41 dated on 19 june 2012/case id no-1062512-102.My left side mouse touch pad come out from its base. After as per company”s saying it is not coming under warranty.As a laptop user always click left side touch pad bottom never carry mouse. After complaint longing i visited 3 to 4 times to there local service center at Vashi ,Navi mumbai.They close my both complaint without give me proper solution ,resolve my problem & also without my acceptance.
