I purchased a TATA INDICA vehicle from Abhishek Motors PVT LTD vide Bill No AMPL/INDICA LSI/1/373/04-05 dated 17-05-2004. I took a loan from Ashok Leyland Finance Ltd for the purchase. I repaid the entire loan amount as per terms and conditions. I cleared the loan amount in 34 installments. Still the said Ashok Leyland refused to issue the clearance certificate.
