not give return of the product

I have ordered an Samsung memory card and I am receive another memory card so I will return it and track it was showing pickup fail I will contact snapdeal he give name and number of person who pickup it and I will give to him and he say it resolve him after 5 days I will see in there it show pickup fail and I will call snapdeal and he said the problem solved within 24 hours but he will not and I will return call him but he also say with in 24 hour it will not solve it and I will return call him and I said I will complaint to you he said ok it will solve with in 24 hour but not take action against him
