I purchase one toy helicopter from paytm but paytm shipped wrong product.i purchase that product avout Rs 1399 but when i open that product so that time their is only Rs 390 mRP on that product..For this issue i return that product on 23 april and i send courier slip to paytm company.From last 5 days i mail to paytm comany many time but each time every executive talk different.never give satisfied answer and i requested for phone call for two time but after 48 hour paytm not call me back…They never give cashback in my account after 10 days up…
Please i request to consumer forum for help me about solvingthis issue…
i have more trust on consumer forum..paytm not give satisfy response but please i have trust on you …..
