Not getting the refund on cancellation of ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked an e-ticket for New Delhi to Allahabad in JHARKHAND EXPRESS wide PNR No 2546482758 and Transaction ID 0314538755. its date of journey was 12th March 2011. But at the time of journey I came to know that the train is running late by more than 4 hrs, So I have to cancel my ticket. I have filed the TDR on the very same day i.e 12th March 2011. Now more than 4 months have been passed after filling the TDR but till now I have not received my refund. You are requested to please look into the matter and refund my amount ASAP without any further delay.

I am attaching the eticket & TDR filled for your ready reference.
