I had received a weight loss kit for rs 8600 on 10th of may 17 n as per advice from dr shalini started taking the medicines as per course ;with assurance of min 3-4 kg loss a month.the kit comprises medicines of 3 months n in 15 days of taking medicines if at least 500gms not reduced they will refund the money.after 2 days i complained of extreme stomach pain so dr suggested me to reduce quantity of medicine to half which i did. when i told abt doubt of result dr shalini assured me it will happen as some people may need extra time so to continue wit patience.as i expected i got no results so again contacted but again dr adviced me to stay put.i doubted for refund as it is written on the bill that only remaining medicine call for refund, still she assured me that such condition wont come for refund.but after taking meds for almost 50 days i lost my patience n demanded my money back on which she diverted my call to dr sumit who claimed to be the owner.he told me that my entire money will be refunded but after that day no1 entertaining my calls or giving any solutions.
Why such people are able to play with public health n wealth. Don’t they have any social or atleast humanitarian responsibility?
