Not changed billing plan

I had given application on customer care number of Vodafone in Mumbai circle for change billing plan of my 3 Vodafone numbers 7738229191, 9892494118 and 9769417286 on 10th January, 2017. My billing period is starting from 11th of every month. I had given 1 application to cancel extra boosters from my bills on 25th December 2016 at Vodafone mini store located at m.g.road, mulund west, Mumbai 400080, but still 30th January they had not cancelled any boosters, I had given port out request on 8th January,2017 for all 3 numbers, at that time they called me and said that we are giving you guarantee that your billing plan will be change from billing cycle date, but still 30th January 2017 they had not changed my any billing plan, on 30th January 2017 I had given another request to port out, they had called me and said we r giving guarantee that your billing plan will be change within 48 hours. But today on 30th January 2017 I had given new port in request to bharti airtel , I had given another port in request to bharti airtel on 19th January, 2017. 1st port in request has rejected by airtel due to I m out of town for some social event, but today after new request given to airtel for pot in Vodafone called me and telling that we r giving guarantee that we will change your billing plan within 48 hours. But now I want to do MNP in airtel now, please do needful.
