Not Activation of Sim Card

I bought a new Aircel prepaid sim card from a sales representative at a temporary outlet in West Vinod Nagar, Delhi on 15-May-2016.

The representative sold the sim card to me for 110 rs, and told me that i will get Rs.85 talktime & 250 MB data free . I submitted all the necessary documents and I was told that the sim will get activated by 6 pm.

Till now my sim card was not activated. Only Aircel Network is showing but no outgoing or incoming calls is coming

I called up customer care from my another mobile and requested the representative to activate the sim. He asked about my contact details & i replied to him accordingly

The sim card I bought is with the following details

Mob no : 9069377562

My another mob no. 9871476216

Aircel Team – Please activate my sim card immediately
