non payment of cheque

Location/place: islampur murshidabad

Name of company/service: kotak life insurance

Dear sir
i have drawn a insurance from kotak life insurance on 28/04/2009.
my details
name of plan: kotak flexi plan II(regular)
policy no 01009601
client id: 51438187
and deposited @rs 15000/- thrice i.e total amount Rs45000/-.
on 29/11/2012 i deposited the bond for withdrawal my a/c.
on 28/12/2012 i have received my mobile such as” Dear customer your ,pay out cheque for your policy no 0100960,has been dispatched on 28/12/2012 via first flight AWB number B55579835.you will receive the cheque shortly.”
but today is 31/12/2013 i did not get any cheque .i have enquired in local post office but replied you have no cheque .
i am a poor man and no fixed income. i have deposited it for my daugher.i can not understand what i do?
please save me from my danger .
i also called kolkata office 03366333094 the have replied they sent the cheque and nothing to do .
please help me immediately that i can recived my money
